AC Milan progress to the group stage of the Europa League after a remarkable penalty shoot-out against Portuguese opponents Rio Ave.
Milan had equalised to make it 2-2 from the penalty spot in the last-minute of extra-time as Ave defender Toni Borevkovic was sent off for handball.
