– Do not prioritize your work over your health – One of the most important thing we forget while in a fit to work is our health. While you’re working, always remember to eat healthy and do not skip meals.
– Take occasional break – Like everything else in the world, our brain and our body needs a break from all the hullabaloo of the office. This not only refreshes our mind but also makes us feel like a totally new person. May be a short adventure trip or a peaceful vacation could do the trick. This will distract us from all the office-related tension and uplift us positively.
